bdht has over 20 supported housing schemes within the Bromsgrove district, with nearly 1000 Supported Living properties in total. There are a range of tailored dedicated services including Extra Care, where we are on hand to offer support to those who need it.

All of our support for older or disabled residents focuses on making life easier and more enjoyable, with everything from advice to home adaptations available.

Lifeline

The emergency call alarm systems are now managed by and paid to Redditch Borough Council, and they can be contacted on 01527 597402.

Occupational Therapy

We work together with Worcestershire Health and Care Trust to offer our tenants Occupational Therapy which can provide great benefits to tenants with physical difficulties.
