bdht’s Community Centre ‘the pod’ is based in the centre of Charford, this is a warm and social space for the community.

We offer a range of activities to support and assist people locally.

The Centre hosts a variety of training courses such as literacy, employability, eat well, spend less and mood masters and other exciting workshops where you can learn a new skill or just get creative.

We offer volunteer opportunities with a chance to learn new skills to enable you to find sustainable employment.

There are a range of social groups that meet at the Centre to increase social inclusion such as a social session, craft and youth groups.

St Basil’s has a fantastic café at the pod, so pop along for a cuppa and some great food.
