Graeme has been with bdht from Day 1. He has almost 20 years’ experience in the social housing sector all at senior and Director level. He began at bdht as Head of ICT and moved into roles responsible for back-office support services and front-line customer services before becoming Director of Resources in 2010.  In July 2021 Graeme became CEO.

Graeme is currently Chair of the Bromsgrove Partnership and is a key member of both local and county wide strategic partner groups.
