Preparation of monthly management accounts.
Business partnering across all services
Budget preparation and ongoing budget management
Preparation of the 30 year business plan
Management of cash flows
Rents and Service Charge Service – Annual rent review and service charge reconciliation
Insurance renewal and claims management
Leaseholder management
