Lisa has over 20 years’ experience in the Social Housing Sector and started her career at Rooftop Housing Group before joining Bdht in May 2022.
Lisa has extensive experience and knowledge of general needs housing and tenancy management and has previously held specialisms in keyworker accommodation, tenancy fraud and resident engagement.
Lisa is responsible for
The Communities Team who carry out the tenancy management for all of our properties including investigating Anti-Social Behaviour
The Income Team who collect the rent for all of our properties, provide advice and identify support for customers experiencing financial difficulties
The Independent Living Team who support customers within our independent living schemes
