Lisa has over 20 years’ experience in the Social Housing Sector and started her career at Rooftop Housing Group before joining Bdht in May 2022.

Lisa has extensive experience and knowledge of general needs housing and tenancy management and has previously held specialisms in keyworker accommodation, tenancy fraud and resident engagement.

At Bdht Lisa is responsible for the Communities Team, the Income Team and the Independent Living Team.
