Mary is a qualified Accountant (FCMA/CGMA) and has worked within the housing and construction industry for over 40 years.

Mary previously worked for Westbury Homes for 28 years, becoming Finance Director and then progressing to Managing Director of the West Midlands Region.

Mary has a detailed knowledge of land acquisition for short, medium and long-term requirements and has recently retired from working for Sovereign Housing Association leading large joint venture schemes for mixed tenure developments.

Mary is currently completing an interim role for WV Living as Director of Development (the commercial arm of Wolverhampton City Council).

Mary has held many non-executive positions within the housing sector.
