bdht, Bromsgrove’s largest provider of affordable housing has invested in local talent and is celebrating the arrival of a flurry of new recruits. The company has built on the strength and skills of its workforce with the appointment of seven new staff members.

With 130 staff, the housing association is a leading employer within Bromsgrove and the surrounding area and is well known for its high levels of employee satisfaction, having ranked as a top three performer in the annual Great Places to Work® awards three years in succession.

Joining the housing association, one of the most prominent local employers, are Mark Deakin and Alex Dixon, as Neighbourhoods Operatives; Nina Masih, a Customer First Advisor; Amanda Banks and Nyesha Smith, expanding the newly formed Incomes Team as Rents Officers; Kamini Patel, a Finance Officer; and Alan Watts, supporting the provision of new homes as Development Manager.
