General appointed repairs are any repair that is not an emergency such as:

  • Dripping taps
  • Ease and adjust doors
  • Window handles
  • Mould treatment
  • No hot water
  • Timescale: Within 11 working days

General Gas repairs are any repair that is not an emergency such as:

  • Non-emergency boiler repairs
  • Repairs to radiators

Timescale: Within 8 working days
